Melon Mambo Fabulous Florets

Today's card features the Fabulous Florets Stamp Sets.  You can create vibrant, lovely floralscapes with this gorgeous six-piece set.

 
I have so many new floral stamp sets but I wanted to use this one again.  I just love the way you can watercolor with it.   
I stamped the images on Crumb Cake Card Stock with Chocolate Chip Craft Ink, added Clear Stampin' Embossing Powder and set it with the Heat Gun.  I then colored the middle with a Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Maker and then blended the color out with an Aqua Painter.  After that dried, I added Crumb Cake Classic ink with an Aqua Painter.  TIP:  Be sure and let it dry before adding the Crumb Cake or else the colors will run together.

For the background texture, I embossed Melon Mambo Card Stock  with the new Stripes Embossing Folder.  Love the combination of something girly (flowers) against a more masculine look (striped background).

I added the gorgeous soft Crumb Cake 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon and made a fake bow with the Antique Brad.
