I stamped the image with Jet Black Stazon on our Watercolor Paper.  I then colored it in using Stampin' Write Markers and a blender pen.  I love using the blender pen because it's so easy to get that watercolor effect using it and the markers or just about any other source.

 The pattern paper on this card is from the Nursery Nest Designer Series Paper and I thought the colors in the pattern paper would be perfect for this adorable scooter.

Colors I used were Blushing Bride, Basic Gray, Perfect Plum, Old Olive, So Saffron and Marina Mist.
