Greeting Card Kids

Hi Stampers!

Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

Opener

Greeting card kidsToday's card features the cutesy image of the little girl pulling a sled from the Greeting Card Kids Stamp Set.  I love the vintage look of all the images in this stamp set especially the little girl holding the heart. They remind me of the coloring books I use to color in when I was a wee slip of a girl! (LOL).  In fact, these are my granddaughter Rachel's favorite images to color.  She is always asking me to print the images out (I have the Greeting Card Kids Stamp Brush Set also).  What I like about that is that I can print it large so that it is easy for my granddaughter to color.

The girl image was stamped with Timber Brown Stazon(I kept mine after it retired and still use it when I want to watercolor).  She was then colored in with Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker for the outfit and Blush Blossom for her face.  The tree was colored in using the Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker and the sled with the Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker.

The sentiment is from Bells & Boughs Stamp Set and was stamped in Soft Suede.  The background pattern paper is from the Letters to Santa Designer Series Paper
