Gleaming, glittering, and totally glamorous, the color gold adds sparkle to any card. I am using this color as a focal point for one of the cards the ladies will be making at the big shot class on Friday, 21 February 2014.
I used the Gold Foil Designer Vellum Sheet as a background. The flower was mad using our new Spiral Flower Die and coffee filters. The Brad is from the Antique Brad Collection and was embossed it with versamark and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The sentiment is from the Million & One stamp set. This was also embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder on Whisper White Card Stock.
As I was typing this post, the mail came. I opened up an invitation from my daughter Deena’s 50th birthday party and it was Gold and & Black (see below)! How timely! – now I have the perfect card for her because she is 50 and she is fabulous!
