I absolutely love how this card , using the Branching Out Dies turned out! The rich Gorgeous Grape cardstock creates such a dramatic and elegant base, and when you pair it with the beautiful Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper, it just makes the whole design pop. There’s something so sophisticated about this purple color combination that feels both festive and timeless.
The focal point is definitely that stunning branch image die cut from Basic White Cardstock and a pattern from the Perennial Lavender DSP. The way the colors blend and layer gives it such a realistic, natural feel that I think captures the beauty of winter branches perfectly.
What really ties everything together is that classic notched frame die from the Branching Out Dies that creates such nice layering and visual interest. The “Merry Christmas” sentiment, from the Peaceful Deer stamp set sits perfectly at the bottom, and those scattered dots throughout the design add just the right amount of texture without being overwhelming. It’s one of those cards that feels both elegant enough for special people and simple enough to recreate for multiple holiday cards.
I kept the inside beautifully simple with just that rich Gorgeous Grape cardstock, giving plenty of clean white space for a heartfelt message. The real surprise is the envelope flap lined with more of that stunning Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper – it’s such a delightful detail that ties everything together and gives recipients a gorgeous preview of the botanical beauty waiting inside!
