Hello my Stampin’ Friends!
In this season of giving, you can create beautiful fall-themed cards, tags, and handmade gifts using the Gathering Moments Bundle. This versatile collection features harvest-inspired images paired with heartfelt sentiments—perfect for sharing gratitude and joy with your loved ones.
While working with this stamp set bundle, inspiration struck for another fall card. I find myself gravitating toward the simple, elegant look these stamps naturally produce.
Card Instructions:
Base Card: Cut Basic Beige Cardstock and fold in half, using a Bone Folder to create a sharp crease.
Background Layer: Emboss a piece of Basic Beige cardstock using the Gathering Leaves 3D Embossing Folder, then adhere it to the base card.
Sentiment Panel: Stamp your greeting with Cajun Craze ink, then die cut using the second-smallest die from the Textured Notes Dies set. Center and adhere to the base card.
Foliage Elements: Using Basic Beige cardstock scraps, stamp the following elements:
- Two large leaves with Cajun Craze ink
- Two small leaves with Old Olive ink
- One small sprig with Crush Curry ink
Die cut all stamped elements using the coordinating dies from the Gathering Moments Dies set.
Assembly: Attach the foliage elements to the lower portion of the sentiment panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals for added dimension. Complete the design by adhering a small bow to the center of the foliage cluster with a Mini Glue Dot.
Card Interior: Die cut Basic Beige cardstock using the largest die from the Textured Notes Dies set. Adhere to the inside of the card with Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue. Complete the interior by stamping a small mushroom image in the lower right corner using Cajun Craze ink.
Envelope: Add a finishing touch by stamping the small mushroom image in the lower left corner of the envelope using Cajun Craze ink.
Card Measurements:
- Base Card: Basic Beige Cardstock (11″ x 4 1/4″)
- 1st Layer: Basic Beige Cardstock (5 1/4″ x 4″)
- Sentiment Panel: Basic Beige Cardstock (3 1/2″ x 2″) (before die cutting)
- Scraps for leaves and Sprig: Basic Beige Cardstock
- Inside of Card: Basic Beige Cardstock (5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″) (before die cut)
