Hello my Stampin’ Friends

Today’s card features the Heirloom Arrangements Kit, and I have to tell you, it is simply gorgeous. Instead of making the cards according to the instructions, I decided to create an alternate design. I will be making at least one set of cards following the original instructions.

Do you love the convenience of crafting with an all-inclusive kit but wish it offered a little more wiggle room for creativity? Then the Heirloom Arrangements Kit is perfect for you! With detailed vintage designs, eight card options, and loosely choreographed instructions, you can let your creativity shine and still have everything you need for your projects right at your fingertips.

Heirloom Arrangments Kit

This handmade card showcases a lovely floral arrangement with vibrant Daffodil Delight blooms and delicate Bubble Bath and golden foliage against a crisp white background. The design features a layered approach with stitched borders (from the Textured Notes Dies) framing the botanical elements. A Pecan Pie Ink “FOR YOU” sentiment sits prominently at the bottom of the arrangement, adding an elegant touch to the card. The floral elements are die-cut pieces arranged with dimension.

The card’s background incorporates subtle design elements, including a soft grid pattern on the Basic White base and a vertical Bubble Bath patterned banner on the left side with small white floral motifs. Small gold embellishments are strategically placed around the flowers, adding sparkle and dimension. A simple white twine bow (from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack) wraps around the flower stems, creating a charming, natural feel that enhances the handcrafted aesthetic.

The entire design balances elegant simplicity with thoughtful details, resulting in a card that feels both polished and personal. The color palette of Daffodil Delight, Bubble Bath, gold, and Basic White creates a fresh, cheerful appearance perfect for occasions ranging from birthdays to thank you notes.

I cut Layer #1 from Basic White Cardstock using the Textured Notes Dies. I stamped a butterfly image with Bubble Bath Ink on the lower right-hand corner. For the lower left-hand corner, I stamped the grid image with Pecan Pie Ink after stamping off once to lighten the color. The grid images were already preprinted on the envelope that came with the kit.
