I had an unfortunate accident last Friday while out with my dog. The fall resulted in some head trauma, a black eye, and various scrapes and bruises. It’s frustrating to have another incident so soon after my previous fall in July, which also happened during a dog walk. I’m beginning to think I should invest in a helmet for my daily outings! (Just kidding, of course.)

Oh that’s awful your bad fall! Every sprain and a double ankle fracture has been from dog walking.
This time of year lots of pulling for squirrels etc.
