Good Afternoon Crafters!
How are you this wintery icy day? I thought it would be a good day to create a cheerful and fun card for you. I’m using the Elephant Parade Bundle with the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper. Love, love this DSP and will be sorry to see it go when Sale-a-Bration ends! I love that there dainty flowers on one side and pastel backgrounds on the other side. This is a stunning set of papers that you won’t want to miss out on!
The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink onto Basic White Thick Cardstock and then colored in with the Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends Combo for the body and Petal Pink stampin’ Blends for the inside of the ears. I then die cut it with the coordinating die from the Elephant Dies. The front panel (Basic White Cardstock) was die cut with the Decked Rectangle Dies and then embossed with the Tasteful Texture 3D Embossing Folder. I then used the retired Color Spritzer Tool to splatter some color on the background. I used the Fresh Freesia, Mango Melody, Old Olive and Balmy Blue Stampin’ Write Markers.
To get the letters onto the balloons, I first typed the letters and then stamped the balloon image over the letters. They were colored in with Fresh Freesia, Mango Melody, Balmy Blue and Old Olive Light Stampin’ Blends. I then fussy cut them with the Paper Snips. The balloon lines were drawn with the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker.
The background is the from the Dainty Flowers DSP. The word “birthday” was computer generated and was punched out with the retired Classic Punch.
Inside of the card. The Basic White Cardstock was die cut with the Deckled Rectangle Dies. I added the mouse image from the Elephant Parade Stamp Set and then colored it in with the Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. The flower was fussy cut from the Dainty Flowers DSP.
Never, ever send a naked envelope!😊😊😊
