The Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set and coordinating Poinsettia Dies include a fantastic collection of poinsettias, holly leaves, branches, and berries to make beautiful decorations for your holiday projects. For today’s card, I decided to go with a monochromatic look that would be perfect for a masculine Christmas card.
Stamping:
- Stamp all 3 poinsettia petals with Misty Moonlight Ink on Basic White Thick Cardstock.
- Using the coordinating stamp (this is a 2 step stamp set), stamp the flowers again.
- Stamp the greeting with Misty Moonlight Ink on Basic White Thick Cardstock.
Die Cutting and Embossing:
- Die cut the flowers with the coordinating dies from the Poinsettia Dies.
- Using Silver Foil Sheets, die cut the sprigs and center of the flower.
- Die cut the greeting with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
- With the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, emboss the background Basic White Cardstock
Assembling the card:
- Adhere the background cardstock to the base card (Misty Moonlight)
- Glue all 3 flowers with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Attach center (cyathia) to flower with liquid glue.
- Add to upper left side of card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Attach sprigs with liquid glue (see card for placement)
- Using dimensional, add greeting to lower right side of card.
- Attach silver droplets from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a great Monday!
