Intricate Leaves and new Host Code

By | November 1, 2021

Today’s card features the Intricate Leaves Dies from the Gorgeous Leaves Stamp Bundle. Love this bundle because of all beautiful natural cards you can make with this set. It’s perfect for fall and all the seasons of the year! I paired it with the Beauty of the Earth designer Series Paper (DSP). The DSP was used for the large leaf and envelope flap.

I created the background with the retired Birch Background Stamp on Basic White Cardstock using the Cinnamon Cider Ink.

The leaf is from the Beauty of the Earth DSP. I added scotch tape to the back of the DSP before die cutting it with the large leaf die. This not only make the leaf more stable but it also kept the little pieces from falling out. The twine is from the retired Come to Gather Combo Ribbon Set. The sentiment is one I found on the internet and was typed on the computer and printed out on Basic White Cardstock.

Card Measurements:

  1. Base Card: Cinnamon Cider Cardstock (11″ x 4 1/4″). Fold in half with the Bond Folder for a sharper crease.
  2. Background: Basic White Cardstock (5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″)
  3. Layer under Front Panel: Cinnamon Cider Cardstock (4 1/4″ x 2 3/4″). Die cut with Stitched Rectangle Dies
  4. Front Panel: Basic White Cardstock (3 3/4″ x 2 1/2″). Die cut with Stitched Rectangle Dies
  5. Large Leaf: Beauty of the Earth DSP (2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″). Die Cut using the large leaf from the Intricate Leaves Dies.
  6. Twine: Come to Gather Combo Ribbon (depends on how loops you want in your bow).

Inside of card. Also, same envelope – it’s the front of the envelope.

Thanks for stopping by today – have a great day!
