Pretty Pumpkins

By | September 12, 2021

Falls coming! Though it’s still in the high 80’s during the day in our area, it’s in the 50-60’s at night. Yay! In celebration, I decided to make a fall card using the Pretty Pumpkin Stamp Set Bundle. When making a card, I usually select my stamp set first and then the designer series paper (if I’m going use some). The DSP will determine what colors I will be using for the main stamped images. Which is why you are seeing a blue pumpkin (LOL).

The images were stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. Pumpkins were colored in using Cinnamon Cider, Crazy Cajun and Misty Moonlight Ink with a Water Painter. The leaves and stems in Mossy Meadow and flowers in So Saffron Ink. They were then die cut with the coordinating Detailed Pumpkin Dies.

The background pattern paper is from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. The vertical strip of Cinnamon Cider Cardstock was embossed with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little interest.

The center panel was die cut with the Stitched Rectangles Die and then spritzed with the Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Write Marker and the retired Color Spritzer Tool. The sentiment is from the Art Gallery Stamp Set Bundle.

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great Monday and rest of the week!
