Make beautiful natural cards using the Stampin Up Gorgeous Leaves bundle! Perfect for fall and other seasons through the year! You can get this stamp set and coordinating dies for 10 percent off or you can get it free when you join Stampin’ up! and my team (more on that later this week).
I was inspired by a gorgeous card I saw on Pinterest by Anna Helman. I changed it up in several ways to make it my own. I took the colors used for this card from one of the beautiful sheets from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper.
Isn’t this gorgeous? Beautiful watercolor effect.
What I did:
- Front Panel: Stamp image (splatter) in Merry Merlot Ink (see card for placement)
- Front Panel: Stamp Image (bark) in Cinnamon Cedar Ink (see card for placement)
- Front Panel: Emboss with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder
- Leaf 1: Stamp maple leaf in Cinnamon Cedar Ink and die cut with coordinating die
- Leaf 2: Stamp maple leaf in Old Olive Ink and die cut with coordinating die
- Large Leaf: Die Cut Merry Merlot Cardstock with coordinating die
- Sentiment: Stamp in Merry Merlot Ink (sentiment from Etched in Nature Stamp Set) and die cut from Floral Gallery Dies.
Card Measurements:
- Base card: Merry Merlot Cardstock, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″. Fold in half with a Bone Folder for a sharp crease.
- Next Layer: Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper, 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
- Front Panel: Basic White Cardstock 5″ x 3 3/4″
- Leaves: Basic White Thick cardstock (scraps)
- Large Leaf: Merry Merlot Cardstock (scrap)
- Sentiment: Basic White Thick Cardstock, 3″ x 1/2″
- Ribbon: Approx 5″
Thanks for stopping by today – have a great Wednesday!
