Card Measurements:

  • Base Card: (Blackberry Bliss) 9″ x 7″ – fold in half lengthwise
  • Middle Layer: (Magic In This Night) Designer Series Paper 8 7/8″ x 3 7/8″
  • Top Layer: (Whisper White) 8 1/4″ x 3 “
  • Scraps: (Basic Black) for spiders

Magic in this Night Designer Series Paper #153107 $11.50

Coloring:

  • Stamped images with Tuxedo Black Ink
  • Colored in the owls with the Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends
  • Colored in the pumpkin with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends
  • Used the Stampin’ Blends Color Lifter to smooth the areas between the dark and light colors.
  • Stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card.
  • Used the retired Color Tool Spritzer and the Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Write Marker to add a little color to the left top and bottom right of the card.

Die Cutting:

  • Die cut the edges of the front panel (Whisper White Card Stock) using the long scalloped die from the Stitched Be Mine Dies.
  • Die cut 3 spiders from Basic Black Card Stock using the Wicked Dies

Putting the Card Together

  • Adhere the three layers using the Multi-purpose Liquid Glue
  • Add the spiders with Stampin’ Dimensionals

It looks like your sweet card is 10 feet tall! ♥ I studied the scalloped layers to see how you did it (thinking it was somehow created with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies). What fun to see we’ve had a scalloped/stitched border die all along. Love this! So glad you hopped with us today!
