Tip of the week

STAMPING IS MY BUSINESS! TIP OF THE WEEK – HOW TO BEAT THE COMPETITION

Sooner or later, it's bound to happen:  another demonstrator or distributor is going to pop up in your area.  She may even be someone you recruited.

You're both offering the same product at the same price.  What can you do to make sure you don't lose your customers to your new competition?

Set yourself apart by offering superior customer service.  Maintain regular contact with all of your customers, even when you don't necessarily have something to sell.  Also, promote, promote, promote!

Don't let people forget you.  Maintain a constant and consistent advertising campaign.

Customers will always come and go, but following these simple steps will keep a lot more coming….

and a lot fewer going.
