Today’s card features the retired Sale-a-bration Stamp Set called Party Pandas. Each image in this stamp set is so stinkin’ cute!
The image was stamped with Black Stazon Ink and the heart colored in using a Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker. I fussy cut the image with our Paper Snips.
