This time of year, we take a moment to be thankful for so many things.  I am so grateful for  my husband, my beautiful daughters and their husbands, my grandchildren, family and friends, new and old.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.  I love the beauty of the season, including how the leaves change to such radiant colors.  I love the rich comfort foods that my husband makes.  My husband will be making Thanksgiving this year and for this I am so grateful because I hate to cook!

In the end, I know there will always be things that we could complain about.  Such is life, but I am so grateful for a holiday that reminds us that despite the things we may be concerned with, we truly have a lot to be thankful for.

WHOOHOO – I just received my Sizzix Texture Boutique Embossing Machine!  I know what I will be playing with tomorrow!  Another reason to be thankful – I love my UPS guy!
