Today’s card is a shabby chic/vintage card. It’s something I’ve always loved to make. When I was with the other company, the (then) CEO made a lot of shabby chic projects and I absolutely loved them.
No stamps required for this one! The sentiment is a non-FSJ item which is a left over from the other company. It was natural in color so I added a little Butter Cream Ink. I didn’t cover it completely to give it a shabby chic look.
The background was created by dabbing a little Butter Cream Ink with the rubber tip of a pencil. Some of them are not complete dots which added to the shabby chic look
The leaves are from the Detailed Foliage Die and the flower is from the Vintage Burst Accessories. Because there a little gold on the flower, I decided to use the Journey Gold Thread to tie it all together.
