Today, I wanted to create another project with our So Fresh Stamp Set using our inks to practice shadow stamping. We’ve featured this particular stamp set during this month’s RG Pick 5 on the blog, but today we are mixing up the color palette.

You’ll need the following items: So Fresh Stamp Set SS-0254| Journey Ovals Die Set DI-0042| Sweet Berry True Color Fusion Ink Pad IP-0029| Bubble Gum True Color Fusion Ink Pad IP-0058| Black Licorice True Color Fusion Ink Pad IP-0041| River Stone True Color Fusion Ink Pad IP-0053| Whip Cream Cardstock CS-0040| Black Licorice Cardstock CS-0003| Bubble Gum Cardstock CS-0099| Bubble Gum Silk IP-0092| Sweet Cuts AC-0300| Gingham Black Licorice AC-0096| Sweet Candy Drops AC-0275

Step 1: Grab the top of the snow cone from the So Fresh Stamp Set and ink it up in Sweet Berry True Color Fusion Ink. First, stamp it on a scrap piece of paper to remove excess ink. Then tap just the edges of the stamp back in Sweet Berry Ink. Stamp your image onto Bubble Gum Cardstock. You’ll notice the outer edges of your image will be more defined with a shadow in the middle.

Step 2: Repeat this process with the bottom of your snow cone. Ink the stamp in River Stone Ink. Stamp off on a scrap piece of paper, and then ink the edges again in River Stone Ink. Stamp your image finally on Whip Cream Cardstock. You will have the same effect as the top of your snow cone. Complete the bottom of the cone by stamping the striped pattern on top with Black Licorice Ink.

Step 3: Create a background with the triangle stamps this set. Alternate stamping between a Black Licorice striped triangle, Sweet Berry polka dot triangle and a full Bubble Gum triangle.

Step 4: Complete your project. Pop up one of the cut outs from the Sweet Cuts. Add a few embellishments like Sweet Candy Drops and a splash of Bubble Gum Silk.
