Sketch #8 – wanna play?
The textures and elements in the Touches of Texture Stamp Set will add dimension and character to any of your cards. This set features an eclectic array of useful and fun styles.
I know summer is upon us but I felt like making a “Spring” card! Using colors from the subtle collection and using Sketch 8 (biweekly challenge), I created the above card.
Creating the flower was very easy. I stamped the solid image with Pink Pirouette Classic Stampin’ Ink and then stamped the outline image with Blushing Bride Classic Stampin’ Ink. The stem and leaves were stamped with Pear Pizzazz and then I used the Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Write Marker to color in the leaves.
I stamped the lace image vertical using Blushing Bride Classic Ink. The greeting is from the One Big Meaning Stamp Set.
After stamping the lace image, I embossed the background using the retired Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder.
