I've had a head cold for several days now and have not really felt like stamping. Today I decided to make a card that was bright and colorful. I think I failed in the colorful but I liked the way it came out anyway (LOL)!
I used a technique from Tami White that I saw recently. Here is the video. You need chipboard (I used On-Board Book Basics (Small)) and any embossing folder to get this look. I used the Finial Press from Stampin' Up!.
