Messages for Mom

Good Morning stampers!

 For today's post, I thought I would pair a relatively new stamp with retiring card stock.  The stamp set is Messages for Mom and the card stock and paper is Almost Amethyst and Tea Party Designer Series Paper.  The challenge is from SUDSOL's Case Challenge #39 – you take a a case sample from the Stampin' Success Magazine and either copy it exactly or chance it slightly.  Since I didn't have the stamp set featured in the magazine (pages 8 and 9), I decided to use Messages for Mom.

The box was made using the Fancy Favor Bigz Die and the sentiment is from Matchbox Messages.  Can you believe I had an unopened bag of Easter M&M's?  Well it's not unopened any more!  And they were just as fresh as if I had just bought them.  Love those M&M's!  I had some tissue paper that had circles in the colors yellow, light blue, pink, light green and it matched the set perfectly so I decided to use it as fill in.  I cut it in long thin strips and then scrunched them up for the bottom of the box.
